Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager to join our team in Lichfield. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees.

This is a part-time position, requiring 20 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll operations, including processing payrolls, calculating taxes and benefits, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communicate with employees regarding their pay, benefits, and any changes to their employment status.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
  • Work closely with our HR team to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
