We are seeking a skilled Reward Analyst to join our HR People Experience Team in Coventry. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching trends, analyzing data, and presenting insights to support the development and delivery of the Reward and Recognition Strategy.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain models to enable the business to understand and optimize total reward
  • Conduct competition analysis and benchmarking, sourcing external resources as needed
  • Model and cost business transformation impacting rewards
  • Analyze and explain Group Reward data to stakeholders
  • Support the delivery of current and future reward and recognition projects
  • Carry out job evaluations in partnership with internal stakeholders
  • Undertake annual salary benchmarking and reviews
  • Support the execution and delivery of the annual reward cycle
Requirements
  • Background in HR and experience in Reward/Compensation and Benefits
  • Passion for promoting change and innovation in Reward and Recognition
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills to various stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and seek guidance
  • Team working skills and ability to influence others
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data
