About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Severn Trent. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us make data-driven decisions to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data from various sources to identify trends and insights
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide business stakeholders with timely and accurate information
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
  • Design and implement data visualizations to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve data analysis and visualization capabilities

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect and analyze complex data
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies, including SQL, Excel, and data visualization software
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions
