Coventry Building Society is seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join their Customer department. This role will play a critical part in shaping the delivery of our digital first, human always ambition.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of our digital products and be able to use data to identify customer behaviour, understand the impact of our customer-facing digital solutions on our human channels, and deliver opportunities to enhance our solution.
Working closely with the Customer Research team, this role will combine customer insight and self-generated data to drive outcomes that meet our customers' needs today and in the future.
The key responsibilities of this role include providing data & MI solutions to support operational performance, strategic planning, and customer experience improvements, as well as partnering effectively with colleagues in Marketing, Customer Insight, and CIDO.
The role will also involve overseeing digital channels to ensure reports produced and presented are appropriate to the audience, including regulators, formal committees, and Executive/Directors.
About the RoleTo be successful in this role, you will have a customer background with experience in digital channels and strong operational management of data. You will be able to drive insights, find patterns and trends in datasets, and create algorithms and data models to forecast outcomes.
You will be proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and PowerPoint, and ideally have experience with Cognos and BI software.
