The successful candidate will work with families to understand concerns regarding a child or young person's safety or wellbeing, make an assessment of the risk and protective factors in the family, and decide on the most appropriate support.

Requirements
  • Experience of direct work with children, young people and their families
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Emotional resilience and ability to have difficult conversations

  • A competitive salary of up to £31,364 (plus pending pay award)
  • 27 days annual leave per year rising to 32 with 5 years service (plus bank holidays)
