Working closely with social workers, adoptive families, and other professionals, you will provide outstanding adoption support and contribute to positive outcomes for children and families. Based in Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council's Regional Adoption Agency, you will be responsible for completing adoption assessments, matching and linking children with adoptive families, and providing ongoing support to help them achieve their goals. With a strong focus on family support, you will work collaboratively with children and families to identify their needs and develop tailored plans to meet those needs. You will need a relevant social work qualification, registration with Social Work England, and experience of adoption work.
