About the Role

We are seeking a supportive and understanding individual to join our team as a Carer (Community). As a key member of our team, you will provide emotional support to local children, young people, and families, helping them navigate challenging situations.

Responsibilities
  • Offer emotional support to families receiving assistance from Family Action and the wider Stockton on Tees Partnership.
  • Access our standard e-learning package to enhance your knowledge and skills.
  • Participate in regular supervision meetings to discuss progress and challenges.
