Consumer and Brand Insights Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Consumer & Brand Insights Manager to join our team and champion the voice of the consumer in shaping the future of our business and brands. This is a key role within our organisation, responsible for providing actionable insights that drive business decisions and brand strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret qualitative and quantitative data, combining them to forge insights that inspire emotional connections and influence brand and category strategies.
  • Transform data into compelling narratives, communicating complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proactively develop and implement research programmes to address stakeholder questions and needs.
  • C Coordinate primary research projects and manage agency partners to deliver actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring objective insights drive business and brand action.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per year (estimated based on location and industry standards)
