Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality, personalized care to our residents, in line with their individual care plans
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Encouraging social interaction and participation in leisure activities
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a care or support setting, preferably within a residential care home
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Willingness to undergo comprehensive training and development
