We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Twenty 4 Seven. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and education to our students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with SEMH difficulties, promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective strategies for student support
  • Manage challenging behavior and provide one-to-one support to students as needed
  • Help students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential
Requirements
  • Experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs
  • A genuine passion for helping students overcome barriers to learning
  • Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
