Job Details

Job Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Victory Academy. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with our SENCO to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs (SEN) in Key Stage 3 and 4.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to students with SEN in a patient and caring manner.
  • Assist in the monitoring of progress for individuals and groups of students.
  • Support colleagues in promoting high standards of behavior and conduct within the Academy.
  • Contribute to the development of students' emotional literacy and personal development.
