About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accommodation Experience Specialist to join our team in Plymouth. As a Student Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our students, helping them achieve their academic goals.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing bookings, tracking occupancy, and allocating parking spaces using our bespoke accommodation software, StarRez.

This is a part-time role working 18.5 hours per week on a permanent basis. The salary is approximately £21,000 per annum. We offer a range of benefits, including generous annual leave, a pension scheme, and flexible working arrangements.
