Maintenance Specialist

CPR Recruitment is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems within our client's facilities and client sites, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on M&E systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Diagnose and repair faults in mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to enhance system performance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report on equipment conditions.
- Implement preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering and proven experience in a maintenance engineering role within an M&E environment. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
