Electrical Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Apleona HSG Facility Management. As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for undertaking planned maintenance, reactive fault finding, and repairs at one of our client sites in Northfleet.

You will work independently to ensure compliance with specifications, PPM schedules, and procedures. Your tasks will include completing electronic and paper records, providing quotations for outstanding actions, and carrying out electrical tests and recording results.

As a site-based Electrical Technician, you will respond promptly to emergency situations to maintain client systems and ensure continuity of operation. You will also be responsible for system fault diagnosis and initiating action to prevent deterioration in environmental conditions.

Requirements

  • Formal Electrical Qualification
  • 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulation
  • Valid UK Driving Licence

Desirable

  • Experience in a similar Facilities Management role
  • Mechanical or Plumbing Qualification
