Technical Tutor - Mechanical Maintenance & Fluid Power

About the Role

Mana Resourcing Ltd is seeking a skilled Technical Tutor to join their team in Birmingham. As a Technical Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering lessons and training to up to 12 apprentices in a workshop environment. You will also develop training plans, guide and teach apprentices, and assess their progress.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver high-quality training to apprentices in a workshop environment
* Develop and implement training plans to meet the needs of the apprentices
* Guide and teach apprentices in a workshop environment
* Assess learners' progress and deliver constructive feedback

Requirements

* Appropriate qualification in a relevant field
* Experience in mentoring, training, or teaching is not essential but would be advantageous
* Manufacturing or engineering industry experience
