Mana Resourcing Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Technical Tutor to join their team in Birmingham. As a Technical Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering lessons and training to up to 12 pupils, developing training plans, and guiding and teaching apprentices in a workshop environment.

The Role
  • Deliver high-quality training to apprentices in Mechanical Maintenance and Fluid Power
  • Develop and implement training plans to meet the needs of the apprentices
  • Assess learners' progress and provide constructive feedback
The Candidate

We are looking for a strong candidate with a desire to impart knowledge and a background in mentoring, training, or teaching. A manufacturing or engineering industry experience is highly desirable. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Mechanical Maintenance and Fluid Power principles and be able to communicate effectively with apprentices.

Salary: circa £36-40K depending on experience. Location: Birmingham. This role is commutable from various locations in the West Midlands.
