Job Description

This is a permanent position offering 39 hours per week, requiring flexibility across South London.

As a Visual Merchandiser, you will maintain and create an environment that inspires customers to explore their personal style, implementing visual identity and driving routines, selling, and supporting the team to deliver a customer-first experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will support the store to achieve a customer-first experience through creating a visual identity in accordance with H&M guidelines.
  • You will support, coach, and develop the team on visual and commercial knowledge.
  • You will ensure safety, security, and administration procedures are always followed.
  • You will follow up on store KPIs and initiate actions to reach business targets and goals.

Qualifications

We are looking for people who have:

  • Visual Merchandising and management experience.
  • A passion for profitability and people.
  • A customer-first mindset.

Additional Information

Availability is 7 days fully flexible, including weekends.
