We are looking for an experienced Team Lead for Children's Services to join our team at Flashcare Recruitment Limited. As an Interim Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our children's services in Hexham, including leading staff, managing budgets, and developing strategies to improve service delivery.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as experience working with children and families. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong ability to problem-solve and think critically.

Salary and Benefits:

Up to £49,400 per annum, plus an additional £700 on-call allowance. Our competitive salary and benefits package includes a range of perks and rewards that will make your work-life balance easier.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of children's services
  • Lead and motivate staff to deliver high-quality care and education
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery
