Join Our Team as a Film Innovation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Film Innovation Specialist to join our team at Flawless AI. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and pushing the boundaries of traditional filmmaking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot complex visual dubbing issues and develop solutions to improve the quality of our AI-powered technology.
  • Collaborate with our Product, Production, Engineering, and Science teams to rapidly develop, test, and analyze new solutions that enhance our film editing tools.
  • Work closely with our UK and US teams to streamline processes and ensure efficiency and quality in our production workflows.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the visual dubbing process and identify areas for improvement to inform the development of new features and capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Strong familiarity with TV/film post-production workflow, including file formats, codecs, and color spaces.
  • Experience with industry-standard editing software, such as DaVinci Resolve, Avid, or Adobe Premiere.
  • Knowledge of compositing, audio sync, and lip sync.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
Bonus Skills:
  • Experience with task management databases, such as Flow or Shotgun.
  • Interest in language/linguistics or Generative Artificial Intelligence.
  • Experience working in a team of 3 or more people in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets and programming languages, such as Python or Bash.
