Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute retail brand development plans to increase brand presence in stores.
  • Pitch to retailers to secure buy-in, additional space, or cross-category opportunities.
  • Negotiate cross-category retail promotions to maximize exposure.
  • Be the main point of contact for retailers, providing timely updates on relevant brand licensing programmes.
  • Create relevant retailer update reports and presentations for the business internally.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of the retail and brand licensing industry, particularly key partners and relevant retailer buyers in the UK.
  • Relevant previous experience in brand licensing, retail buying, or retail management.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to pitch brands to retail buyers.
  • Experience of retail operations and an excellent knowledge of the UK retail landscape.
  • Exceptional organisational and planning skills.
  • Enthusiasm for people management and development.
