Dementia Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dementia Care Specialist to join our Senior Project Manager team in Greater Manchester Integrated Care. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering improved outcomes for people affected by dementia.
About the RoleThis Senior Project Manager position (22.50 hours per week) offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of service improvements, working closely with programme managers and stakeholders to achieve the wider objectives of the NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care.
The successful candidate will have significant experience of managing planning processes, budgets, and teams, as well as a sound working knowledge of project management and transformation processes. You will also have experience of working with clinicians and people with lived experience of dementia, as well as a passion for co-production and quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of service improvements
- Work closely with programme managers and stakeholders to achieve the wider objectives of the NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care
- Manage and deliver agreed tasks in line with NHS GM principles and practices
We offer a competitive salary of £43,419 - £58,884 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people affected by dementia and their families.
