About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Catering Services Assistant to join our team at Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust. As a key member of our catering team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality food and beverage services to our patients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals to patients, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Work collaboratively with dietetics and clinical teams to ensure patients receive tailored nutrition and hydration plans.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and labelling procedures.
  • Assist with food preparation, serving, and clearing away, as well as receiving and monitoring deliveries.
