We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Deputy Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the direction of our services and ensuring that we continue to deliver high-quality care.

The salary for this position is approximately £32,500 per annum, based on industry standards and taking into account the level of experience required for the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • To lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality mental health services and supported living solutions.
  • To develop and implement effective strategies to promote independence and well-being among our clients.
  • To work closely with our clinical teams to ensure that our services are aligned with best practice and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field, such as social work or psychology.
  • Experience of working in a mental health setting, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
