Job Title: Night Cleaner

As a Night Cleaner at The Hoxton Shepherd's Bush, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our public areas and back of house spaces overnight. This includes ensuring that all areas are cleaned to brand standards and are well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for cleaning and servicing public areas and back of house spaces overnight
  • Report any maintenance defects to the housekeeping management team
  • Ensure adherence to Health and Safety standards and report any breaches to the Head Housekeeper
  • Handle cleaning materials correctly and be aware of COSHH regulations
  • Attend all required training sessions
  • Maintain a positive and friendly attitude, even in challenging situations
  • Provide excellent customer care and a high level of service to our guests
  • Assist in cleaning other areas of the hotel as required
Requirements:
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills
  • Competent computer skills
  • Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers
