**Job Title:** Night Cleaner

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Cleaner to join our Housekeeping team. As a Night Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring the public areas and back of house spaces are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.

**Responsibilities:

  • Clean and service public areas and back of house spaces overnight, ensuring they are well-presented and maintained.
  • Report any maintenance defects to the Housekeeping management team.
  • Ensure all Health and Safety standards are adhered to and report any breaches to the Head Housekeeper.
  • Handle cleaning materials correctly and be aware of COSHH regulations.
  • Attend all required training sessions.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly attitude, even in challenging situations.
  • Provide exceptional customer care and a helpful, responsive level of service to our guests.
  • Assist in the cleaning of other areas of the hotel as required.

**Requirements:

  • High level of verbal and written communication skills and competent computer skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers.
