Community Development Officer

Marks Consulting Partners Limited are seeking a skilled Community Development Officer to work with one of our Housing Association clients in London. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing community programmes and working with housing associations.
About the Role- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop community programmes to support tenants in West London and Middlesex schemes located in Hammersmith, Ealing, Hounslow, Hillingdon, and other areas.
- Liaise with social services and occupational health services to ensure tenants can maintain their tenancy and live independently.
- Conduct scheme inspections, including key health and safety checks.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as knowledge of the social housing sector and the work of housing associations. A salary of £30,000 - £45,000 per annum is expected, commensurate with experience.
