Community Development Officer (Fundraising)

Salary: £52,000 - £62,000 per annum

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Community Development Officer to join our fundraising team at Norwood and Brixton Food Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising initiatives that drive growth and engagement across our organisation.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
  • DESIGN AND EXECUTE A COMPREHENSIVE FUNDRAISING STRATEGY THAT MEETS OUR ORGANISATION'S GROWTH GOALS.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS, INCLUDING CORPORATE PARTNERS, INDIVIDUAL DONORS, AND COMMUNITY GROUPS.
  • CREATE AND DELIVER EFFECTIVE FUNDRAISING PROPOSALS AND APPEALS TO SUPPORT OUR ORGANISATION'S MISSION AND OBJECTIVES.
