Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Residential Property Sales Specialist to join our dynamic Lettings team at Connells. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating agreements, and progressing lets through to exchange and completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and book valuations for potential lettings
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate agreements with clients
  • Progress lets through to exchange and completion
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements

  • Preferably an experienced sales professional with a background in property sales or lettings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Hold a Full UK driving license
