Carrington West is seeking a skilled Senior Site Engineer to lead engineering activities on a prestigious highways project. The ideal candidate will possess experience in managing site engineering teams, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising site engineering activities to ensure adherence to project objectives and timelines.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain smooth project workflows.
- Conducting site inspections and enforcing quality and safety protocols.
- Providing technical guidance to junior staff and addressing engineering challenges effectively.
- Monitoring project progress and implementing solutions to keep works on track.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience as a Site Engineer or Senior Site Engineer on major highways projects.
- Strong understanding of highways construction processes, materials, and industry standards.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in engineering software, such as AutoCAD, and project management tools.
- Valid CSCS card and full UK driving licence.
