Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team at Parkinson Gray Associates. As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for leading individual design schemes, providing accurate calculations, and working under the direct stewardship of the Design Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement design solutions for HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Conduct site visits to gather information, assess conditions, and provide technical expertise.
- Prepare and present technical reports, drawings, and specifications to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve design solutions.
- Proven experience in mechanical design engineering, preferably in the HVAC sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of building services design, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software, such as Autodesk Revit or Graphisoft ArchiCAD.
