Ownership Process Engineer - Logistics

As a key member of our Logistics team, you will provide technical support and be the primary contact for all business-critical projects within the department. Your role will involve balancing the continuous search for new improved ways of working with implementing agreed ways of working to ensure their sustainability, while being responsible for the department's KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support department operation performance through daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
  • Take ownership for implementing systems and ways of working to overachieve on safety, quality, delivery, and cost
  • Lead improvement initiatives, including minor projects, and facilitate and manage Capex projects within the logistics department on time in full
  • Lead VPO compliance in the department through implementation of VPO standards
Requirements:
  • Relevant technical qualification for the local region and a degree or equivalent operational experience
  • Experience in warehousing management or supervisory roles and a strong knowledge of manufacturing principles, tools, and techniques
  • Proven track record in process improvement with strong knowledge of project management and logistics processes
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
