Early Years Coordinator Role at Camp Beaumont

As an Early Years Coordinator at Camp Beaumont, you will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable experiences for children. You will be part of a team delivering a fantastic program that aligns with Ofsted's Early Years Foundation Stage.

About the Role:

You will support the Camp Manager and Early Years Manager in coordinating group activities for a multi-activity day camp for 3 and 4-year-olds during summer and school holiday weekdays. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating Group Leaders to organize engaging games and activities
  • Assisting with various activities, including archery, football, tennis, dance, swimming, arts and crafts, and more
  • Ensuring the well-being of the children under your care

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • To be 17 years old or over
  • To be available to work during school holidays
  • To be a UK/EU citizen with the right to work in the UK
  • To possess bags of energy and enthusiasm
  • To demonstrate a passion for working with children
  • To have initiative and the ability to work independently
  • To be aware of safeguarding children (training will be provided)
  • To hold a Level 2 qualification in Childcare

Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

Previous camp experience and paediatric first aid qualifications are desirable.
