About the Role

As an Early Years Coordinator at Camp Beaumont, you will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable experiences for children. You will be part of a team delivering a fantastic program that aligns with Ofsted's Early Years Foundation Stage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Camp Manager and Early Years Manager in coordinating group activities for 3 and 4-year-olds during summer and school holiday weekdays.
  • Coordinate the Group Leaders, organizing engaging games, assisting with various activities, and ensuring the well-being of the children under your care.
  • Develop and implement a range of activities, including archery, football, tennis, dance, swimming, arts and crafts, and more.
About You
  • Must be 17 years old or over.
  • Available to work during school holidays.
  • Hold a Level 2 qualification in Childcare.
  • Possess bags of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Can demonstrate a passion for working with children.
  • Have initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Awareness of safeguarding children (Training will be given).
