Commis Chef - Apprenticeship

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Commis Chef to join our team at De Vere Wokefield Estate near Reading. As a Commis Chef, you will play a vital role in our kitchen brigade, working alongside our experienced senior chefs to deliver exceptional culinary experiences for our guests.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes to the highest standards
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency
  • Develop your culinary skills and knowledge through our Commis Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship programme
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe working environment, adhering to our high standards of food hygiene and health and safety
