Consultant Specialist in Child and Adolescent Mental Health

The estimated salary for this position is approximately £115,000 - £150,000 per annum, along with benefits such as 10% R&R (non-contractual) and 1% on-call pay. You will work in a supportive environment where you can grow professionally and personally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering specialist care for children and adolescents with mental health needs.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and guidelines that ensure best practice in patient care.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve patient outcomes and reduce waiting times.
- Supervise and mentor junior doctors and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- MB BS or equivalent medical qualification.
- Qualification or higher degree in medical education, clinical research, or management.
- Excellent knowledge in specialty Child and Adolescent Mental Health.
