Traffic Management Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Traffic Management Operative to join our team at Go Traffic Management. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient traffic management on various projects.
About the Role:
- Oversee all aspects of traffic management, including Give and Take, Priority, Stop/Go boards, Portable traffic signals, Convoy working, Road closures, Lane closures, and diversions.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with safe working methods and best practice procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and method statements for works involving traffic management.
- Identify areas for improvement and report to your line manager.
- Perform daily vehicle checks to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Promote a positive company image while at work.
- Demonstrate initiative by constantly looking for improvements.
- Assist the public by directing them through safe site lines when required.
Requirements:
- Lantra 12d accreditation as a minimum TTMBC, 12d (M1, M2) is required. Lantra 12 a/b accreditation, IPV driver, and foreman experience are advantageous.
- A full valid UK driving licence and ability to read and understand CAD drawings are necessary.
- Mechanical ability in relation to Traffic Lights is preferable.
