Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in an agile environment
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • A genuine interest in sustainability and the principles of the circular economy
  • A focus on personal improvement and learning
Desirable Skills

Certified Professional Scrum Master (CPSM) or similar qualification

Familiarity with Microservices Architectures

Familiarity with Cloud Computing (preferably AWS)
