About the Role

We're seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Rental Customer Advisor to join our Kilbirnie Street Car & Van Rental branch team.

As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with management and colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and support the smooth operation of the branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer care, both face-to-face and over the phone, to ensure a positive experience for our customers.
  • Utilise your excellent communication and organisational skills to manage tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Handle customer complaints and queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitor and control branch expenditure to ensure optimal performance.
  • Run daily reports and implement actions to drive business growth.
  • Contribute to promoting the branch and maintaining a customer-centric focus.
  • Occasionally support other branches as needed.
Essential Skills
  • Strong administrative skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and occasional cover at other branches.
  • A full UK driving licence.
