Key Account Manager

Your Role
As a Control Group Agent at QuickSTAT, a Kuehne+Nagel company, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth operational activities. Your primary responsibility will be to handle and monitor all operational activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Your Responsibilities
- Work as part of the daily operations of the LHR Control Tower team.
- Manage daily email volumes in the Control Group inbox.
- Develop and implement customer-focused operational policies and procedures.
- Assist with complex and escalated operational issues in accordance with the Operations Manager/Supervisor.
- Monitor accuracy of reporting and database information.
- Coordinate customer service projects and initiatives.
- Ensure network/vendor partner compliance to all agreed company policies, procedures, and pricing structures.
- Provide weekend/OOH cover for general customer service processes and procedures.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Customer service experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of courier/freight operations, including import/export/warehouse and transport.
- Good understanding of world geography.
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Able to operate under sometimes pressurized situations.
- Flexibility to work from Sunday to Thursday rotating shifts.
- Good computer skills, Word/Excel/PowerPoint essential.
