Warehouse Operative Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team at The Recruitment Co. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Picking and Packing: Select and pack orders with precision and speed, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, receiving and storing goods in a safe and organized manner.
  • Delivery and Loading: Assist with the receipt of deliveries and loading of items onto a conveyor belt.
  • Health and Safety: Adhere to company standards and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to meet company targets and deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: Previous warehouse experience is desirable, but not essential.
  • Attention to Detail: You must be diligent and have good attention to detail.
  • Numeracy and Literacy: Basic numeracy and literacy skills are required.
  • Reliability and Flexibility: You must be reliable and flexible, able to work well under pressure.
