Warehouse Operative Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team at The Recruitment Co.

Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately pick and pack orders for despatch
* Ensure accuracy of quantity, location, and ease/safety of future picking
* Receive and process deliveries
* Assist with palletising of products
* Load items picked onto a conveyor belt and then package
* Maintain good standards of health and safety and meet company warehouse standards and procedures
* Work efficiently to meet company targets
* Operate MHE machines, including a Reach Truck

Requirements:

* Previous warehouse experience is desirable
* You must be diligent with good attention to detail
* Numerate and literate
* Reliable and flexible
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Ideally have a Reach licence in date
