Job Description
  • Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
  • Hours: Term-time only, with occasional additional hours during peak periods.
  • Location: Cambridge Regional College, Huntingdon Campus.

The successful candidate will work as part of our Supported Learning team, supporting students with varying levels of need. Key responsibilities include providing individualized support, enabling reasonable adjustments, mentoring students, and assisting with personal care and health needs.

Requirements
  • GCSE English grade C/4 or equivalent.
  • Willingness to undergo relevant training and professional development.
  • Desirable: Experience working with individuals with special education needs.
  • Essential: Positive attitude, patience, and reliability.
  • Necessary: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
