About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director Water Scientist/Hydrologist to join our Water Environment team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects and providing technical expertise in water quality studies, hydrological investigations, and hydroecological studies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working collaboratively with team members to deliver projects and make autonomous decisions guided by policies and business objectives.
  • Providing highly specialized technical expertise in water quality, hydrology, and hydroecology.
  • Leading water quality studies, hydrological investigations, and hydroecological studies.
  • Developing and implementing innovative solutions to complex water environment challenges.
  • Coaching and mentoring junior team members and providing technical guidance and support.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (geography, physical sciences, engineering, etc.).
  • Proficiency in hydrological software and environmental modeling.
  • Strong report writing skills and ability to present complex technical information visually and orally to a wide audience.
  • Experience in technical project delivery, including bid preparation, technical proposal drafting, and project management.
