About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for supporting the busy Management Accountant in various tasks, including purchase and sales ledger management, reconciliations, and expenses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage purchase and sales ledgers, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions
- Perform reconciliations and ensure that all accounts are up-to-date and accurate
- Assist with expenses management and ensure that all expenses are properly recorded and accounted for
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including the Management Accountant and other team members

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and finance

Working Arrangements
This is a permanent position, working 4 days in the office and 1 day remotely. You will be required to have a car, as public transportation may not be readily available.
