Job Title: Maintenance and Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance and Facilities Manager to join our team at New Appointments Group.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the maintenance and facilities team, ensuring the smooth operation of our premises, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance and improvement works across all premises.
  2. Conduct regular maintenance audits and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  3. Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, downtime, and audits.
  4. Lead and motivate the Maintenance and Facilities team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  5. Negotiate contracts with suppliers and review their performance.
  6. Carry out risk assessments and implement effective controls.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in managing a team and 5 years' facilities experience.
  • Maintenance-related qualification (academic or vocational).
  • Full UK driving license and access to a car.
