Job Title: Facilities and Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities and Maintenance Manager to join our team at New Appointments Group.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the maintenance and facilities operations across all premises, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan, organize, and execute maintenance and improvement works across all premises.
  2. Conduct regular maintenance audits to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and ensure optimal facility performance.
  4. Lead and manage the Maintenance & Facilities team, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
  5. Negotiate contracts with suppliers and review their performance to ensure value for money.
  6. Conduct risk assessments and implement controls to mitigate potential risks.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in managing a team and five years' facilities experience.
  • A maintenance-related qualification, either academic or vocational.
  • A full UK driving license with access to your own car.
