Senior Electronic Hardware Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electronic Hardware Specialist to join our team at AWE Plc. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and fault-finding electronic hardware and systems.

About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior engineers. You will work closely with our experienced engineers to develop and implement innovative solutions for complex electronic systems.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, testing, and fault-finding of electronic hardware and systems
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on electronic circuit design and analysis
  • Develop and implement new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and quality
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Applied Physics
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electronic circuit design, analysis, and simulation
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
