Job Overview:

With a strong focus on strategic leadership, you will be responsible for delivering a fully integrated people strategy across our UK and overseas operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy, aligned with our business objectives and values.
  • Collaborate with our executive team to drive people and culture initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with our business operations.
  • Provide expert advice on HR matters, including employment law, employee relations, and talent management.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of our company's policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage our recruitment, training, and development initiatives, including budget planning and implementation.
  • Lead on people-related projects that support a positive culture, leveraging data insights to inform decision-making.
  • Line manage, coach, and develop our HR team, promoting their growth and success.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of leading HR functions in a similar context, with experience of developing and implementing people strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence change within operational teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to interpret data and trends to inform decision-making.
  • Flexibility to travel overseas once per quarter, supporting our global operations.
