Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

Altrad Babcock's Major Projects division is experiencing significant growth, and we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Renfrew.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide robust, accurate, and timely cost and value reporting for projects.
  • Support Commercial Managers in reporting at business unit level.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting of revenue, margin, and cash flow for live and upcoming projects.
  • Challenge Project Managers on resources and cost on live and upcoming projects.
  • Ensure contractual requirements are met, including adherence to contract schedules for valuations, certification, and invoicing.
Requirements:
  • Backed by a degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying.
  • Previous experience in the construction industry, preferably holding a position for the past 5 years.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
