Administrative Team Lead

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our support team at The Priory's Wellbeing Centre. As an Administrative Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the site's administrative tasks and providing cover for all day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling client referral pathways and ensuring seamless communication with psychiatric consultants and psychotherapists
  • Liaising with clients regarding referrals and appointments, and providing excellent customer service
  • Managing client billing and ensuring accurate and timely processing
  • Coordinating site Open/Close procedures and maintaining a clean and tidy office environment
  • Providing front of house duties, including answering the telephone and responding to emails
  • Supporting site management and reporting to the Deputy Manager as required

The ideal candidate will have customer-facing administration experience, with knowledge/experience of private medical administration desirable. You will be required to work evenings and Saturdays, and be flexible to meet the needs of the service.
